ESPN & Netflix has decided it will tell Michael Jordan’s life story. But it will take 10 hours to do it. The 10-hour series will be the latest 30 for 30 documentary. It is called The Last Dance. ESPN and Netflix says it was given full access to Jordan. More than 500 hours of never-before-seen footage was shot and edited into the series in some form.
Jason Hehir who directed HBO’s Andre The Giant documentary and the 30 for 30:The Fab Five will be overseeing the new documentary on Jordan. The Last Dance premieres in ten parts on Netflix and ESPN sometime in 2019.
